Step 1 Go to http://support.blueplanet-software.com/  and Login using Login credentials

Step 2  Users can choose to Add new Support ticket or Check ticket status

Step 3 Choose New Ticket enter details of Issue and attach any relevant files - e.g. Log file etc and choose Submit

Step 4 On saving ticket number will be assigned

 Step 5 Once Agent has picked up incident email will be sent acknowledging this and seeking any additional information
